On the iOS beta, TestFlight feedback is the fastest path for crashes and blank screens. It attaches a screenshot and device details to the report automatically.
What to include
The more specific the report, the faster we can fix it. When you can, mention:
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- Whether you were on web or the iOS TestFlight beta
- The page or screen, and the disc, bag, or collection involved if relevant
- A screenshot or screen recording, if it helps explain the issue
